The concept of Four Seasons Cuisine was started in 2015 when Autumn’s pregnant sister-in-law was close to delivering her first child. Autumn realized how important, yet time-consuming it was for an expectant mother to prepare nutritious food while focusing on her pregnancy and getting ready for a baby. She made her sister-in-law a month’s worth of freezable prepared meals as well as prepped foods as well. So she decided to post a picture of the prepared meal outcome on social media and the inquiries started coming. Autumn realized based on the current food trends and even with the increasing popularity of meal kits; fully-prepared, fresh, and healthy meals are also a need that is not being met within the industry.

Today, we're honored to provide health-conscious, chef-crafted meals to everyone looking for convenience. We are on a mission to change lives, one simple and healthy meal at a time.
